2013, the Third BASF Excellent PHD Prize is coming soon again in Shanghai! At first thank you very much for you always support for BASF Excellent PHD Prize. Your students left us very deep impression. For 2013, we will organize the “BASF Excellent PHD Prize” awarding ceremony on Apr 17-18, and would like to get your support again!

“BASF Excellent PHD Prize” was set up in 2011, in order to further strengthen BASF relationship connection with universities as well as supporting BASF Asia Pacific Innovation Campus with young talents. The Prize will award to outstanding PHD students who performed well both academically and morally, especially to whom has fluent English communication skills and willing to join the chemical industry. The top four winners will get the opportunity to take part in 2013 BASF International Summer Course in BASF headquarter in Ludwigshafen, Germany for two weeks in this summer. They will form their own impression of the international chemical industry and learn more about BASF. BASF will take over all related cost. The Prize will only open to following Thirteen selected universities and institute nationwide this year.

Detailed criteria about “BASF Excellent PHD Prize” candidates are as following:
1.        PHD students majored in polymer science and material science, chemical technology & engineering, Industry catalyst, nanotechnology etc., with excellent professional skillsand will be graduated in 2014. Have more than one academic papers published in foreign publications.  (Not included on-the-job PHD and have working experience PHD)即将于2014年毕业的高分子及材料科学，化学工程，工业催化，纳米技术等方向应届在读博士（不包括在职及有过工作经验者），在外文刊物上至少发表过1篇文章。
