Recently, the Clean Energy Materials and Devices Team from the School of Materials Science and Engineering of our university published a research paper titled Layered polymer-perovskite composite membranes for ultraflexible fatigue-tolerant optoelectronics in the internationally renowned academic journal Nature Communications. The paper reports online the research progress on novel ultra-flexible semiconductor thin-film materials and their application in detection devices.

East China University of Science and Technology (ECUST) is the sole corresponding institution for this research work. Li Yalu, a doctoral student from the School of Materials Science and Engineering of our university, is the first author of this paper, while Professors Yang Shuang, Yang Huagui, and Hou Yu serve as the corresponding authors. This research work was supported by projects including the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Shanghai Special Zone for Basic Research.
