 •Theoretical prediction, growth techniques, and crystallization theory of photoelectric semiconductor crystalline materials;

 •Photoelectric information technology: Regulation and measurement of semiconductor photoelectric properties, photoelectric signal detection/storage/emission devices, and integrated information application systems;

 •Photovoltaic cell technology: Novel conceptual photovoltaic devices such as perovskite solar cells, quantum dot-sensitized solar cells, and amorphous thin-film batteries;

Semiconductor simulation: Analysis methods for optoelectronic devices, including diffusion-drift, finite element, and DFT approaches.
