It aims to build a team of engineering education teachers with a reasonable structure, high quality, engineering awareness, and international perspective. Additionally, it strives to cultivate high-level applied engineering and technical talents who possess solid engineering knowledge and practical capabilities in polymer material synthesis and processing, along with social responsibility, moral integrity, and good psychological quality. These talents should also have strong innovation awareness, team spirit, international vision, and management capabilities, enabling them to engage in engineering design, production and management of polymer material synthesis and processing, research and engineering development of new products, while demonstrating pioneering and innovative spirit and competitive edge.
