Scientific Program Information
Participants are invited to submit abstracts of their contributions via
e-mail to
eapc5@ecust.edu.cn
or submitted by
http://www.polymer.cn/polymer2008/ as an attached file. The deadline for
submission is April 15, 2008. Only MS WORD files are acceptable.
Language
The official language of the conference is English.
Abstracts
The abstract should be written in English within 2 pages on A4 paper. Typing area is limited to 16 cm
* 22 cm length (single spacing, Times New Roman font, 10 point). The title (bold 12 point), authors and affiliations (10 point) should be entered on separate lines, with the presenting authors name underlined.
Presentations
The duration for the plenary lectures, invited lectures and oral presentations
are set for 40, 30 and 20 minutes, respectively. Question answering time of
5 minutes is included. Lecture venue will be equipped with a multimedia digital projector
.
Posters
A board of 90 cm width * 120 cm height will be allowed for each poster display.
Posters can be pinned up on bill board by help of EAPC 2008 reception desk.
Exhibition
New instruments and technology in polymer synthesis, characterization, and processing.

Third Circular
The third circular will be distributed in April 2008, in which more detailed information
about the scientific program will be provided.
Registration and Submission
Please register on EAPC 2008 by filling in the registration form on
web-site:
http://www.polymer.cn/polymer2008/Register.asp, or send your
Registration Form and Hotel Reservation Form via e-mail to
eapc5@ecust.edu.cn no later than
April 15, 2008. Registration fee: 350 US$ for each participant (scientific activities, all the printed materials
for the symposium, Meals, reception, and banquet). 150 US$ for each
accompanying person (meals,reception, banquet).
