主要研究方向:
1. 光电半导体晶态材料的理论预测、生长工艺与结晶机制;
2. 光伏电池技术:钙钛矿太阳能电池、量子点敏化太阳电池、非晶薄膜电池等新概念光伏器件;
3. 光电信息技术:半导体器件仿真与设计、光电信号探测/存储/发射器件与集成信息应用系统。
主要学术成果:
主要从事光电转化功能材料与器件的研究。提出分子功能化半导体异质结的新概念,发展了一套理论设计及精准调控半导体表面物理化学特性的通用方法,揭示了界面微观原子结构对电子/离子输运行为的构效关系,研制出工作寿命达万小时的新型光伏电池。以第一或通讯作者身份在 Science、Nature Energy、Nature Commun.、Adv. Mater.、J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. 等国际期刊上发表论文60余篇。研究工作得到国内外专业期刊或新闻媒体如新华社、人民日报、光明日报、Chemistry World、Physics World、MRS bulletin 等报道10余次;所发表论文中,10篇入选1%ESI高被引论文,4篇被评为1‰ESI热点论文,11篇被选为封面/插页论文,论文被SCI引用9100余次,H-index为41;在国内外学术会议做邀请报告20余次;近年来作为负责人承担了国家自然科学基金(优青/面上/青年)、上海市基础研究特区项目、上海市自然科学基金、江苏省基础研究计划等多个研究课题。
