科研情况
研究方向 Research Interests——功能生物材料的创制与组织修复再生效应研究
(1)功能化细胞外基质材料构建及其促神经再生机制研究——中枢神经损伤后的修复与再生,是当前神经科学极具挑战性的前沿课题之一,而构建模拟原生微环境的功能生物材料,已成为推动该领域发展的核心策略。我们的研究聚焦于脊髓损伤、脑外伤等中枢神经损伤疾病,重点设计并制备功能化细胞外基质来源生物材料,通过调控材料拓扑结构、生化信号等性能,协同细胞治疗与康复干预等手段,促进轴突再生与损伤组织的修复,激活再生性或残存性神经环路,最终重建中枢神经系统对肢体及器官的功能性支配
(2)骨靶向纳米材料构建及对衰老骨修复的作用机制的研究——衰老相关的骨损伤修复,是应对人口老龄化挑战的再生医学领域亟待突破的核心难题之一。本研究聚焦于骨质疏松、老年性骨缺损等衰老相关性骨疾病,系统构建骨靶向纳米材料递送体系,并结合药物干预与微环境调控等多元策略,旨在精准改善衰老骨组织的局部微环境,促进成骨分化与血管新生,激活内源性骨修复潜能,最终实现全身性骨代谢改善与局部骨缺损的有效修复
