个人简介

       196212月生,黑龙江人。 20006月于华东理工大学化工机械研究所获得博士学位(获上海市优秀毕业生),20029月于山东大学材料科学与工程学院博士后出站。2002.10 华东理工大学机械与动力工程学院任教。

主持承担了国家自然科学基金项目、国家十一五十二五科技攻关项目、国家质检总局公益性项目、失效分析与预防等项目。上海市特种设备事故应急专家,进年来完成了数百项石油化工设备失效分析案例,参加及主持了上海市组织的承压设备重大事故失效分析工作。Engineering Fracture MechanicsSurface and Coatings TechnologyApplied Surface Science国际期刊及多个国内核心期刊审稿人。获得次上海市科技奖。

在微试样测试方面参加小冲杆测试技术的国家标准制订研究、与欧盟小冲杆标准化技术工作组进行密切合作,双方每年进行师生互访
石油化工设备的失效分析与预防可以更好地了解设备设计、制造及使用中存在的问题,建立了良好的校企合作关系,同时也为研究生提供了良好的实践平台。

研究方向

从事苛刻条件下过程设备安全保障技术研究,包括高温、高压及腐蚀环境化工过程设备的安全技术,体现机械、材料、力学与化工工艺学科的交叉和融合。具体包括:
1微试样测试技术评价在役设备的力学性能
2极端环境设备的结构完整性评价,包括设备的失效分析与预防
3纳米涂层。
