主要经历与简历: 
1993年获浙江大学硕士学位后留校任助教、讲师。1997年赴日留学,2000年获东京工业大学工学博士学位,2000年10月至02年3月为日本科学技术振兴事业团(JST)研究员,02年4月至05年8月为早稻田大学客座研究员、讲师。05年9月回国,任华东理工大学材料科学与工程学院教授、博士生导师
 
主要研究方向: 
(1)高分子材料成型加工及其形态控制;
(2)纳米复合材料 (纳米粒子分散过程及其凝聚动力学,纳米复合微球);
(3)氢键诱导小分子-大分子杂化体系的减震吸音机理及应用;
(4)生物质转化合成聚碳酸酯工程塑料。
 
主要社会兼职:
上海汽车工程学会节能与材料专业委员会副主任,中国塑料加工工业协会专家委员,国际聚合物加工协会(PPS)会员,日本画像学会会员

发表学术论文140余篇,申请发明专利16项(其中,中国授权2项,美国授权2项,日本授权3项);
2010年获上海市“大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛优秀指导教师;
2011年获华东理工大学“育英奖”;
指导大学生创新实践计划多次获奖:
2008年获上海市发明协会举办的“科创杯”上海市大学生创造发明三等奖;
2009年获华东理工大学第八届奋进杯大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛特等奖,上海市第十一届大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛二等奖,第十一届挑战杯全国大学生科技作品竞赛三等奖;
2010年获《工程塑料应用》杂志年度优秀科技论文奖;
2011年获第十二届“挑战杯”全国大学生科技作品竞赛三等奖,并代表我校参加第五届全国大学生创新年会。
