主要经历与简历:

     英国皇家化学会会士(FRSC),教育部长江学者特聘教授,国家杰出青年科学基金获得者,入选国家百千万人才工程并被授予“有突出贡献中青年专家”称号,全国优秀教师,全国优秀科技工作者,上海领军人才,教育部跨世纪优秀人才。
                   1989年7月本科毕业于华东理工大学无机化工专业,1997年3月获华东理工大学化学工程专业博士学位。1998年11月晋升教授,2001年3月被聘为博士生导师,2008年10月校特聘教授。2002年1-2月新加坡南洋理工大学访问教授,2006年7月-2009年7月英国诺森比亚大学客座教授。2002年7月-2015年11月任超细材料制备与应用教育部重点实验室主任。现任材料科学与工程学院院长。
                   2000年入选上海市青年科技启明星,2001年入选教育部跨世纪优秀人才,2004年入选上海市曙光学者,2007年入选上海领军人才,2008年入选上海市曙光学者跟踪计划、上海市优秀学科带头人和第四届上海青年科技英才,2009年获吴蕴初化学化工科学技术进步奖、国务院政府特殊津贴和国家杰出青年科学基金获得者,2012年获上海市自然科学牡丹奖和全国优秀科技工作者,2013年入选国家百千万人才工程并被授予“有突出贡献中青年专家”荣誉称号,2014年入选教育部长江学者特聘教授并获得全国优秀教师称号,2015年入选英国皇家化学会会士(Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry,FRSC)。

主要成果

        将化学工程基本原理与方法应用于纳米材料制备与组装过程,提出了基于温度和浓度场等环境条件控制材料结构的新思路;在发展火焰燃烧、静电自组装、介孔限域反应组装等新技术的基础上,制备了多种新颖结构的金属化合物纳米材料;提出了反应与传质解耦并强化内传质制备主-客体复合材料的新方法,基于微区混合、热质传递及限域反应实现了主-客体复合材料结构调控;将化学工程基本原理与纳米材料成核生长机理相结合,创新性地提出了纳米材料合成过程中形态控制原理及反应器设计理论,实现了多种纳米材料的工业化及推广应用;基于无机颗粒表面有机化处理,提出了纳米/亚微米等多尺度复合制备新技术,开发了多种性能优良的多元多尺度聚合物基复合材料,创造了重大的经济和社会效益。           

        申请中国发明专利101项,其中授权70项;在Energy Environ. Sci.、Adv. Mater.、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、Adv. Funct. Mater. ACS Nano、Small、Chem. Mater.、J. Mater. Chem. (A)、Nanoscale、Chem. Commun.、Sci. Rep.、Ind. Eng. Chem. Res.等期刊发表SCI论文370余篇,影响因子大于6.0期刊论文90余篇,化工主流期刊Ind. Eng. Chem. Res.和Chem. Eng. J.等25篇,ESI高被引论文26篇;国内外学术会议大会和特邀报告30余次。发表论文总被引用12000余次(Google Scholar),其中SCI他引9200余次,H因子为48,2015年SCI引用超过2500次。
                      近年来主持承担国家自然科学基金重点、国家杰出青年科学基金、国家国际科技合作专项、863、973项目前期研究专项、上海市基础研究重大和浙江省重大科技攻关等重要项目。作为第一完成人获得2009年度国家科技进步二等奖,2014年上海市自然科学一等奖,2010年度教育部自然科学一等奖,2009、2006和2004年度上海市科技进步一等奖,以及省部级科技进步二等奖1项和自然科学二等奖2项。
                      培养年轻教师及博士研究生中,2人成为国家优秀青年科学基金获得者,2人入选教育部新世纪优秀人才,1人入选上海高校“东方学者”特聘教授,2人入选上海市曙光学者,2人入选上海浦江人才计划,6人入选上海青年科技启明星计划,3人入选上海市晨光学者计划。
