主要经历与简历:

博士,研究员,博士生导师。2002年7月四川大学获材料加工工程专业博士学位。2004年入选上海高校优秀青年教师后备人选,2007年入选上海市科技启明星培养计划,2010年入选上海市曙光学者,2011年入选教育部《新世纪优秀人才培养计划》,2012年入选第六届上海青年科技英才,2013年获得国家优秀青年科学基金,2014年获得第八届上海市巾帼创新奖和上海市三八红旗手标兵,2014年入选上海市领军人才。
 

 

主要研究方向:  
从事聚合物复合材料的制备及应用,涉及纳米颗粒表面处理、新型结构增强体的设计与制备、聚合物纳米复合材料的制备及高性能化技术等。

主要成果

        主要从事纳米颗粒的表面修饰、新颖结构增强体的制备与结构调控及在聚合物中应用的研究。发展了原位接枝聚合修饰纳米颗粒和聚合物非等温溶液结晶修饰碳纳米管的表面修饰新技术,实现了单颗粒表面修饰和良好分散,通过在颗粒表面形成核壳结构包覆层有效改善了复合材料的界面特性,揭示了纳米杂化串晶结构的形成机理;通过化学气相沉积、静电组装和溶胶凝胶法构筑了纤维-碳纳米管、碳纳米管-石墨烯-碳气凝胶等多种结构新颖的三维增强体,发现三维结构增强体具有良好的增强效果和功能特性;揭示了有机化无机颗粒改性聚合物的界面结构与增韧机理,为多元体系材料设计和制备提供了理论基础。将聚合物多元复合体系的脆韧转变理论应用于PP、PVC、PBT、PA等体系,制备了多种高性能聚合物复合材料,并实现了产业化应用,创造了显著的经济和社会效益。
        近年来负责承担或完成了国家自然科学基金、上海市基础研究重点、教育部新世纪优秀人才计划、上海市曙光学者计划、上海市青年科技启明星计划及上海市纳米技术专项等项目;参与了973项目前期研究专项、上海市基础研究重大和浙江省重大科技攻关等重要项目。作为第一完成人获得2011年中国石油和化学工业联合会科技进步奖二等奖,作为第二完成人获得2009年国家科技进步奖二等奖,2009年上海市科技进步奖一等奖,2008年教育部科学技术进步奖推广类二等奖和2006年上海市科技进步奖一等奖。申请中国发明专利19项,其中授权12项。Adv. Func. Mater., Chem. Commun., Nanoscale, Polymer, Ind. Eng. Chem. Res.等国内外学术期刊发表60余篇,其中SCI收录50余篇。
